Garment Care Instructions
When washing your Stickyco. apparel, please turn it inside out and use the delicate cycle on your washing machine with cold water (max 30C or 90F).
Do not use vinegar or acidic rinses/detergents.
Dry on delicate setting/tumble or hang out to dry.
Do not bleach.
Do not dryclean.
T-shirts, pullovers, jackets and other printed garments are made using direct to garment (DTG) methods as opposed to screen print methods. Direct to garment (DTG) methods are more sustainable, using environmentally-friendly, water-based inks.
A faint ink odor is a natural occurrence in the direct-to-garment (DTG) printing industry. Typically, the ink smell will disappear after the first wash.

When Should I Expect My Order?
Most products spend 3-5 days in production and an average of 3 days to arrive depending on your location.
Note: If you are not from the United States, this might take between 10-15 days to arrive.
If your order is lost, you must open an investigation with your mail courier. Occasionally, we see that upon arriving at the destination city, the package is stored at the local post office and the recipient has to collect the package from there.
We comply with such investigations and provide the necessary information on our end.
Reasons why your order might be taking longer:
High demand for item
You ordered a lot of items
International order
Mail courier issues that are outside of our control
Returns?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds?
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after the return is processed. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Please be informed that there will be a 10% restocking fee.
We do not give refunds for final sale items unless they are damaged or defective. For those cases, we do a same item replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping is non-refundable and if a return is in order, shipping must be provided by the customer.
CHARGEBACKS AND FRAUD ORDERS:
In light of the rampant online scams in our e-commerce community and to cut down on fraudulent orders, customers who initiate chargebacks on our items will be added to the store's blacklist and future orders will be canceled. Please be informed that we do not accept orders that have different/mismatched billing and shipping addresses under any circumstances. We do not ship to UPS stores and freight forwarders. Profiles that trip our fraud alert system will be flagged and investigated.
